So lately, all the 25man ICC PuGs on my server are requiring 25man achievements to get in. WTF?
My 10man guild is progressing thru ICC and my gear and dps are good-- 2pc tier 9, 2pc tier 10 and mostly 245 and higher gear, doing at least 5-6k dps in 10mans, unless I have to run around a lot, similar resto set altho only 1 piece of tier10 so far-- and I have plenty of 10man achievements, but I can't get into any sort of 25man run because I haven't done 25man?
Far as I can tell, the fights are the same, so other than placement stuff, which changes from RL to RL anyway depending on what strat they use, is there any difference I missed that would make this a reasonable requirement?

I'm currently working on getting all 10 of my characters on my Alliance server to 80, with 7 total levels to go. When I've finished, I plan to put all of the heirloom gear, a starter bankroll, and some other stuff on my dwarf warrior, send him to another realm, and change his race to orc. Currently, I'm trying to find a server to transfer to so I can start the whole leveling process over again on the Horde side. If things go well, a 70 undead warlock will follow shortly after.
Right now, my Alliance characters are on Sentinels-US, and I have a full stable of nostalgia characters (ones I don't want to delete and play on rainy days) on Earthen Ring, so both of those are out. I'm leaning toward Farstriders for my Horde server, but was wondering if any of you out there had any insights. My criteria are:
RP server if possible, not because of the RP, but because even the trolls seem more literate on them; PVE is okay, though No PVP servers Hopefully some friendly folks on the server, hence this posting in the comm; possibly a guild, but this character is unlikely to do much in the way of raiding, so probably not a good fit with a hardcore raiding guild In the Central or East Coast time zones, but this is relatively minor
Any suggestions?
ETA: the move/race change of the warrior probably won't happen for 2 weeks - a month while I level up the last two characters, but I'll be creating the lowbies on there ahead of time to get a feel for the server.

If this has been asked before, I apologize, but I'm redoing my UI and I had a question for you lovely ladies. Is there any way to detach the current quest objective list from the mini map, so I can move the mini map where I want it, without the objective list following? Hopefully that made sense. Also, in your opinion, which is easier to customize: VuhDo, or Grid? My guildies recommended VuhDo to me (I'm a baby priest, level 15, and speccing Shadow, but healing training is always good), but I'm having problems customizing it. I'm not very good with addons. Current Mood: curious
